“Today, good workplace design is a lot more about networking, interactions, the contents of your job – and being in physical surroundings that are super creative, pretty and aesthetic. A decade ago, hygiene factors such as a good acoustic work environment, indoor climate, good daylight were discussed. I don’t say they are insignificant, but today we are far higher up in the food chain.”
