The Directorate of Labor and Welfare was looking for a way to strategically place all existing units in the best possible physical relationship with each other. SIGNAL advised on workplace design, evaluation and further development of two workplace concepts – both during and after the Covid-19 intervention period. The project has resulted in a newly developed and tailored workplace concept for Agile IT teams that is rooted in the organisation, and anchored future-proof placement of all IT teams in line with management’s desired strategic direction. The project ensured that the building was redesigned to suit the organisation’s needs and associated needs for increased flexibility.
