The Cultural Council was looking to carry out an evaluation and analysis of existing premises against the company’s strategic needs. SIGNAL presented the analysis and recommendations to all employees, which were well received and used by the company as a strategic decision in connection with planned changes to the office environment in line with Covid-19 adaptations in autumn 2020, and the implementation of reorganisations 2020/2021. The survey conducted provided a valuable zero-point measurement of existing work environment functions, and a mapping of the organisation’s abilities to report on strategic key indicators, such as collaboration.
