On the 4th of October Global Head of Workspace Management & Design in SIGNAL Gitte Andersen will be speaking at this year’s Annual Global Customer Experience Innovation Summit in Amsterdam.
In her speak, Gitte will be focusing on the potentials by working with Experience Strategies as a tool to create curated experiences reflecting the companies’ culture and values. The speak emphasizes the importance of recognizing both existing and future employees’ needs, concerns and demands towards the company and at the same time acknowledging the underutilized resources in creating viable partnerships in local areas. Gitte will also be focusing on how the strategy is constructed, from mapping the human needs, linking these to various data on the company and collecting all content in a strategic framework that meets all company stakeholders – and finally, how the effect of the changes being made in the company is measured.
