Our service design concepts are targeted towards customers who wish to strengthen their competitiveness, improve their customer service, improve the daily working processes or perhaps improve the efficiency through increased employee well-being.
We have carried out several service design projects within governments, municipalities, and health services where the goal has been to develop simple and implementable solutions to often complex problems. Solutions that add value to citizens, institutions, and employees through an increased quality and a considerable improvement of the daily working processes. Characterising for these solutions is that they do not depend on more money spent; they just add up to the resourcefulness, respecting the existing financial boundaries.
Service design refers to design of systems, processes, and non-tangible services that intend to deliver a service to a user. Service design is a so-called interdisciplinary field that integrates different design disciplines with strategy and business development.
