Pernille has strong professional competencies within organizational development and strategic work. Among others, she has been project manager on several location projects, and relies on her experience with e.g. user involvement and strategy work for the physical work environment and design as well as defining principles that support the requirement of efficient utilization of premises. She was the internal project manager on a conversion project for the Agency for Governmental Management (Økonomistyrelsen); + 6000m2 with room for approx. 280 new work places and supporting functions.
Furthermore, Pernille is an extraordinary strong project and process manager with great experience within leadership and planning communication. She works with great control, result-oriented, is attentive to the entity and organizational needs.
Pernille is a former chief consultant at the Agency for the Modernisation of Public Administration (Moderniseringsstyrelsen), the Administration of the Government (Statens Administration) and the Agency for Governmental Management (Økonomistyrelsen).
