Tonje holds a BFA in Interior Architecture and Design from Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
She has from 2011 become considerably experienced with workplace development through in-depth studies, analyses, strategies, dimensioning, design and implementation of various workplace concepts. She took part in revitalising the Telenor Workplace model and was responsible for developing, implementing and undertaking continuing evaluations of the model for Telenor Group globally for almost 6 years.
Since then, Tonje has developed and implemented the national activity-based workplace model for the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration in Norway and has worked with workplace strategies through consultancy for other businesses within law, telecom, IT, digital web platforms and energy sectors.
