Implementing a strong 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 approach to 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 is an important requisite to present 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 after COVID-19.
Talent attraction and retention, productivity, cost efficiency, transparency, brand protection and consistency will remain predominant strategic KPIs in organisations, when creating future workplaces after COVID-19. However, delivering on this agenda will require organisations to take a stronger people-centric approach to create healthier and more sustainable work environments, flexible work conditions and customised experiences, in different work settings. The strategic and long-term focus of organisations will differ both within and across industries. Depending on the individual perception of work as a place, an activity, an experience or community, organisations will have different perceptions of the workplace as a strategic tool to support KPIs and criteria of success.
