Implementing a strong 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 approach to 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 is an important requisite to present 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁, 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 after COVID-19.

Talent attraction -and retention, productivity, cost efficiency, transparency, brand protection and consistency will remain predominant strategic KPIs in organisations, when creating future workplaces after COVID-19. However, delivering on this agenda will require organisations to take a stronger people-centric approach to create healthier and more sustainable work environments, flexible work conditions and customised experiences, in different work settings. The strategic and long term focus of organisations will differ both within and across industries. Depending on the individual perception of work as a place, an activity, an experience or community, organisations will have different perceptions of the workplace as a strategic tool to support KPIs and criteria of success.

At SIGNAL, we have gathered 20 years of evidence collected from organisations across industries and sectors and we know, that there are many great and constructive solutions to be applied.
